- Defective/missing parts: Free replacement parts, no full return needed.
- Personal return: Buyer pays return shipping & duties. Item unassembled with original packaging. Original shipping non-refundable. Refund after inspection.
- Exclusions: Assembled, modified, damaged by buyer; requests past 30 days.
