1. Q: What scale is this model?
A: This model is produced strictly in 1:XX scale, fully restored based on the real vehicle/aircraft.
2. Q: Is it fully proportional to the real machine?
A: Yes, all appearance proportions are matched with the real car/plane.
3. Q: Can you customize other scales?
A: At present we only supply the fixed scale shown on the link, custom scale orders need bulk negotiation.
Material & Craft
1. Q: What material is the model made of?
A: The main body is die-cast zinc alloy, with ABS plastic accessories, rubber tires and printed decals.
2. Q: Will the printed decals peel off easily?
A: We use high-adhesion spray paint and water transfer printing. Normal use won’t cause peeling.
3. Q: Does the model have strong paint smell?
A: We adopt eco-friendly paint with faint odor, which will disappear after ventilation for a short time.
Collection & Display
1. Q: Is this model suitable for collection?
A: Definitely. Exquisite craftsmanship and realistic restoration make it ideal for collectors.
2. Q: Does it come with a display stand?
A: Aircraft models are equipped with dedicated display brackets; most car models do not include stands.
3. Q: Will the paint fade under sunlight?
A: Long-term direct sunlight will cause slight fading. We recommend placing it in a sealed display cabinet.
4. Q: Is this a limited-edition collectible?
A: Products marked "Limited Edition" have limited stock; regular styles are mass-produced.
5. Q: Is it a toy for kids or only for adult collectors?
A: It is a static collectible ornament with tiny spare parts, recommended for adults over 14 years old.
Packing & Shipping
1. Q: Does it come with an original gift box?
A: Each model is packed in an independent color gift box with inner blister protection.
2. Q: Will the model get damaged during delivery?
A: Thick bubble wrap and carton outer packaging can effectively prevent collision damage.
3. Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your country and shipping method, detailed logistics time can be checked at checkout.
After-sales Service
1. Q: What if the model arrives with scratches or paint damage?
A: Please take clear unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours after receipt and contact our customer service.
2. Q: Can I return or exchange defective products?
A: Factory defective items support exchange or partial refund as per our after-sales policy.
3. Q: Do you provide replacement spare parts?
A: We can supply common spare parts such as mirrors and antennas for a small extra cost.
4. Q: What if small parts fall off after receiving?
A: You can use mild super glue to reattach the loose accessories carefully.
5. Q: Is there a warranty for the scale models?
A: We offer after-sales support for factory defects; damage caused by manual disassembly is not covered.
